From the North: Take I-95 South toward Baltimore. Take Exit 3 and merge onto DE-273 West (bearing right on exit ramp) and continue towards Newark. After about 4 miles, turn left at the light onto DE-72 South/Library Avenue. At the second light, turn left onto Wyoming Road and make an immediate right onto Innovation Way. From the South: Take I-95 North toward New York. After crossing into Delaware, take Exit 1 - DE-896 toward Newark / Middletown. Keep left at the fork in the ramp for DE-896 North toward Newark/University of Delaware. Turn left onto DE-896 North. After 1 mile turn right at the traffic light onto DE-2 East/DE-4 East. Travel 1.4 miles and turn left at the light onto DE-72 North/Library Road. After 1.2 miles, turn right onto Wyoming Road and make an immediate right onto Innovation Way.
